2. In-App Points Usage

The app provides virtual points (“Points”) that users can acquire through in-app transactions via the Google Play billing system. These Points may be used within the app for specific in-app experiences.

  • Points hold no real-world cash value and cannot be directly redeemed for cash.

  • Promotional offers or rewards earned through in-app activities are discretionary and subject to eligibility and fair use policies.

  • All purchases are processed securely via Google Play’s billing system and are subject to Google’s purchase policies.

3. Processing Time for Rewards

  • Promotional rewards, if offered, are typically processed within 10–15 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to verification or system updates. Users will be notified via the app or email if needed.

4. Refund Policy

  • All purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund policy.

  • LootLine does not issue refunds directly. If you require a refund, please follow Google’s refund process.

  • In-app rewards or Points earned through use are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Accuracy of Account Information

  • It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate information (e.g., email, UPI ID) for any optional promotional eligibility.

  • LootLine is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect or outdated information provided by the user.

6. Suspicious Activity and Fair Use

  • Accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent behavior or abuse may be suspended without notice.

  • LootLine reserves the right to verify transactions and temporarily hold promotional rewards if suspicious activity is detected.

7. Data Collection

We collect user data such as email address, phone number, and device information for account verification, support, and service optimization. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All app content, logos, and systems are owned by LootLine and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials from this app or website without written consent.

9. Use Restrictions

  • Do not reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with any part of the app or its systems.

  • Do not use the app for any illegal, abusive, or disruptive activity.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and Google Play policies at all times.

10. Updates to Terms

  • LootLine may update these terms periodically. The most current version will always be posted on our website.

  • Your continued use of the app or website after changes implies agreement with the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
